A personal AI assistant only works if you can trust it with personal things. At VED Saarthi we engineered privacy in from day one — not as a policy footnote, but in the code that runs on every request. Here's exactly how your data is protected.
Every request between your browser and our servers runs over HTTPS/TLS, with HSTS enforced so connections can never silently downgrade to plain HTTP.
Your chats, projects, and cross-chat memory are locked to your account id. Every query is scoped to you — no other user can ever read your data, and neither can our memory system leak it across accounts.
Before your message reaches the AI model, we detect and mask personal identifiers — emails, phone numbers, card numbers, PAN, and Aadhaar — with deterministic tokens, then restore them in your reply. Your PII isn't sent to the model in the clear.
We never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your conversations to train public models. Full stop.
Per-IP rate limiting, session-token auth on every request, and an AI safety classifier on both prompts and responses keep the platform resilient against abuse and misuse.
Delete any chat instantly from the sidebar — it's permanently removed. Request full account + data deletion any time, and we complete it within 30 days.
When you subscribe, Razorpay processes the payment on PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We only ever store the order id, amount, plan, and status for your receipt — we never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank credentials.
Your data is backed up automatically every day as compressed, access-controlled snapshots and retained for 30 days, so an accidental deletion or infrastructure hiccup never means lost history.
